Shipping Policy

Most Custom-Mats products are made or customized specifically for your order. Production time is separate from shipping transit time.

Production Time

Many custom-printed mats require approximately 10–15 business days before shipping, although timing may vary by product, quantity, artwork approval and current manufacturing schedules.

For custom logo mats, production generally begins after you approve the artwork proof. Delays in artwork approval may affect the production schedule.

Shipping & Tracking

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available. Shipping cost and transit time vary based on destination, mat size, quantity and order type.

Orders shipping to Canada, Alaska or Hawaii may have additional freight or delivery costs. Large or oversized mats may require special shipping arrangements.

Rush Orders & Required Delivery Dates

If you have a required delivery date, please contact us before ordering. Rush production or expedited shipping may be available for some products, but availability depends on the mat, quantity, artwork, manufacturing schedule and destination.

Shipping Delays

Production and delivery dates are estimates unless specifically confirmed by us in writing. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, supplier delays, production interruptions or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
