Quite often, even after we’ve chosen an item and purchased it successfully, there may be some things we might want to change or repair afterward - either during or following the delivery process, when filing a return or cancelling the order. Here we'll try to explain in plain terms how does our store’s cancellation and return policy works and how you can be using it when shopping with us!

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled via email within 12 hours of submission with no restocking charge. All orders cancelled after 24 hours and prior to shipment incur a restocking fee of 25%. Orders may not be cancelled once they have left the production floor (i.e. prepared for shipping and/or shipped) as they are then considered returns.

Return Policy

Custom Mats is committed to providing every customer with the highest standard of customer service. We proudly offer safe and secure online transactions as well as 7 days a week customer assistance. 

To that end standard mats and rugs may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Before returning any merchandise, please contact Custom Mats for a Returned Good Authorization # (RGA#). Returned merchandise must be in original new condition and a 50% refund will be granted once item has been received in perfect condition. The customer is responsible for return freight. The return policy does not apply to custom made-to-order logo mats and rugs.
